Question
My wife has been diagnosed with Spondyloarthritis in her knee. No other joints are affected, is the diagnosis likely to be correct
Answer
The term spondyloarthritis refers to a group of inflammatory arthritis conditions that can as part of their disease courses involve the spinal joints, but this does not always occur.
