Does any biological medications use for RA effect someone who has high blood pressure?
Answer
No. The only issue I can think of is that with the medications that require infusion (Remicade, Rituxan, Orencia), the medication is mixed with saline and given by IV infusion. This can transiently raise blood pressure, but is genrally not an issue in patients with good blood pressure control with medications.
