I have been taking 200mg of celebrex daily for many years. Recently my general praticioner wanted to cut my daily dosage to 100mg but gave me enough pills to double the dosage if I felt it was warranted. After several days on 100mg I was in considerbly more pain so I did double the dosage but I do not seem to be getting any relief. Is it possible that two 100mg capsiles are not as effective as one 200mg? I am currently traveling outside the country and do not have access to my regular doctor.
Topical NSAID from recent newsletter
In one of your recent newsletters, there was drug information regarding a topical NSAID medication that proved effective for some type of arthritis. What was important in the article was that it was safe for people who have GI sensitivity to oral NSAIDs. Can you please provide this info again as I have misplaced my newsletter and my doctor is unfamiliar with the topical NSAID drug.
