If my husband has been on remicade (injections every two months over the past three years) are there risks for birth defects, and if so what typs of birth defects have been documented?

The studies are still in progress, but to date there has not been any increased birth defects, miscarriages or pregnancy complications in men or women taking TNF inhibitors at the time of conception.
